Replacement Service

If you purchased your REFLIKO MARA  in the last 12 months, and you’re eligible for repair or replacement per our warranty policy, please read the below information..

Common types of eligible damage (link to Limited Warranty):

  • Manufacturing defect.

Damage not eligible for repair replacement:

  • Accidental Damage and Handling
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Damage that extends to the internals of the device (e.g. the motherboard)
  • Device bricked by incorrectly flashed firmware

Request a Replacement 

To request a replacement for your damaged device, email support@refliko.com  to submit a support request. Please include the following information (required):

  1. First and last name
  2. Full shipping address
  3. Telephone number
  4. Description that warrants a replacement.
  5. Photos of the front and back of the device
  6. Proof of purchase (receipt, order invoice, etc.)
  7. A photo of the label on the back of the device.
