REFLIKO Return Policy

All sales are final.
All products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty.
We accept returns for exchange, for items damaged in transit. 

Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@refliko.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the damaged item. We will ship out a replacement, new or refurbished pending availability. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Restocking and shipping fees may apply.

Fees
Standard restocking fee is 25% of the MSRP in an exchange.

Standard shipping and handling is $350 per parcel.

Shipping
To return your product, contact us prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Limited Warranty Policy for items purchased on REFLIKO.com that are offered for use in connection with MARA:

The limited warranty policy covers items that are offered for use in connection with REFLIKO MARA that are purchased on REFLIKO.com by customers within the United States.

If there is a manufacturing defect that is described under the limited warranty policy, you can request an exchange within the 1 year warranty period after your delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange due to manufacturing defect, Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number affixed to the outside of the package. If RMA is approved, we will arrange for a carrier pickup date and have the carrier contact the customer directly to schedule a pickup date.

Item(s) will not be picked up unless properly packaged by the customer including patching any holes or re-securing corners, box top and bottom.

For exchanges, you will receive a replacement unit, new or refurbished at our discretion. Because of the size and weight of our product, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your initial order.

REFLIKO’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our limited warranty.

If your MARA is returned in a condition that is not warranted under manufacturing defect, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, REFLIKO reserves the right to refuse an exchange and/or to charge restocking and shipping fees, at REFLIKO’s sole discretion.

Replacement Process:

Contact Customer Support at support@refliko.com to request an exchange.

If you are eligible for a replacement, the representative will gather the required information and initiate the return process.

Once we receive the item and verify the condition falls under the limited warranty, we will initiate the replacement..
