REFLIKO Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. For products that are eligible for a return, you may return your products within 30 days after receiving them, for a refund of the purchase price less any applicable restocking or shipping fees. We ask that you first contact our Customer Support team (support@refliko.com), as we can resolve most issues.

Policy for items purchased on REFLIKO.com that are offered for use in connection with MARA:

This policy covers items that are offered for use in connection with REFLIKO MARA that are purchased on REFLIKO.com by customers within the United States.

If you are not satisfied with your MARA, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery. You will be responsible for any restocking and return shipping fees.

Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number affixed to the outside of the package. If RMA is approved, we will arrange for a carrier pickup date and have the carrier contact the customer directly to schedule a pickup date.

Item(s) will not be picked up unless properly packaged by the customer including patching any holes or re-securing corners, box top and bottom.

For returns, you will receive a refund of the purchase price less the restocking and $350 return shipping fee. If your item was shipped “Free Shipping,” we will also charge our actual outbound shipping charges of $350 per package. Because of the size and weight of our product, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your MARA.

REFLIKO’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our limited warranty.

If your MARA is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, REFLIKO reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at REFLIKO’s sole discretion.

30-Day Home Trial Offer:

We also offer a 30-Day Home Trial for first-time MARA purchasers in which you will receive a full refund of your MARA device during your trial. If MARA is returned in new undamaged condition, restocking fee will be waived and full refund will be issued less shipping charges. If MARA is returned in damaged condition, we reserve the right to charge a standard restocking fee of 50%.

Please note delivery fees are not eligible for refund. If your item was shipped “Free Shipping,” we will also charge our actual outbound shipping charges of $350 per package.  During a home-trial, additional MARA purchased per household are not eligible for refund. MARA purchased for Commercial use is not eligible for refund. Due to the size and weight of MARA, additional return shipping fee of $350 per MARA will apply. MARA and its complete set of accessories must be returned in its original packaging to be eligible for refund.

Return / Refund Process:

Contact Customer Support at support@refliko.com to request a return.

If you are eligible for a return, the representative will gather the required information and initiate the return process.

Once we receive the item and verify it is undamaged, we will initiate a refund, less restocking and shipping fees. Refunds will be sent to the original method of payment within seven business days of receipt of the returned item.

Restocking Fees:

Restocking fees do not apply to products that are returned unopened or are returned due to a manufacturing defect.

Standard restocking fee is 20% of the purchase price if returned in new undamaged condition.

Standard restocking fee is 50% of the purchase price if returned in damaged condition.
